Design Your Life: Using design thinking to improve executive health and performance, 6th December 2016

Based on the Sustaining Executive Performance (SEP) model which has been delivered on over 100 different open and custom programs at IESE the past 5 years we first establish the business case for improved health in the organization. We will then discuss present work on how design thinking may be used to lock-in behaviour change and better lead teams to be healthier and higher performing.
