James perryman, Senior consultant
As senior consultant at The LAB James works across a variety of our operations, from the design and delivery of training programs to individual coaching and organisational development. Based in London, he has spent over 20 years working in leadership development and talent management. He brings together his project and program management skills and his passion for helping people and companies to succeed, to plan, build and deliver memorable change and growth experiences. Qualified in Personality Type and Emotional Intelligence assessments, James often uses these when facilitating workshops and coaching people at apprentice/graduate level up to C-suite. James was responsible for the design and delivery of Telefonica’s 2014 European talent development programme for over 20 senior leaders, helping 25% of the attendees be subsequently promoted into more significant roles.
