Elena Roura PhD, Director of Nutrition

Dr. Roura leads on all nutrition aspects and eating habits. She has a PhD in Diet and Human Nutrition from the University of Barcelona, is principal researcher at the Alicia Foundation which was established in collaboration with Ferran Adria, and is also a member of the Catalan Observatory of Food.  She ensures that The LAB remains at the cutting edge of nutrition science, helping us distinguish between fact and fad in a controversial field, and allows us to deliver workshops which include elements of cooking preparation.
