You can now subscribe to the podcast on iTunes here.

In episode 2 we discuss some of the best bits of Toni Nadal's recent visit to Universitas and his interview with Program Director Carole Wettman. Rory and Steven talk with Carole about Toni's dual role as Uncle and coach, the approach taken to make Rafa a legend of the sport, the importance of humility, and how Rafa came back to be the best in the world during 2017.

As always we try and view some of the main points in the context of business and the future of work, in this case including coaching, performance and knowing when to quit.
